Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Cullman, Alabama, Sovereign America operates as a division of HomTex, Inc.—a textile innovator established in 1987 by Jerry Wootten in nearby Vinemont, Alabama.

With two advanced manufacturing facilities in North Alabama, Sovereign America has earned a reputation for innovation, dependability, and a steadfast commitment to American-made production.
